Session are done by telephone or in person
Many of my clients begin thier coaching with commiting to a 3 -month agreement. Three months works well to create momentum and strateically put plans and goals into place. A 3 month commitment means you will have 3 months of coaching with your choice of two calls, (up to 60 minutes), or three calls, (up to 40 minutes) per month. This includes email, and other brief phone conversations. You will receive follow up emails after each session, and any homework materials that may be needed.
If a 3-month commitment is not the right amount of time for you, we can customize an agreement that fits you best. We can disucss this in your free introductory session.
Group Coaching
Do you have friends that are interested in Group Coaching? Would you like to host a Gathering and receive a free host gift? Gatherings meet over the phone, or in person. You invite your friends and I will do the rest.
