Sessions are done by telephone or in person
3 -MONTH AGREEMENT: Many clients begin thier coaching journey with a 3 -month agreement. Three months works well to create momentum and strateically put plans and goals into place. After 3-months, they have the opportunity to renew for another 3 -months or move into month to month agreement.
A 3 -month commitment means you will have 3 -months of coaching with your choice of two sessions, (up to 60 minutes), or three sessions, (up to 40 minutes) per month. This includes email, and other brief phone conversations. You will receive follow up emails after each session, and any homework materials that may be needed.
Cost: $750.00 for 3-months. Monthly payments accepted by credit card.
6 - MONTH AGREEMENT: Clients who are jazzed and ready to move ahead full steam like to commit to a 6-month agreement. Six months creates momentum, puts plans into place & works well for those who are seeking accountability. Each month becomes a bit more challenging and they quickly begin to see the fruits of what they have worked for. After 6-months, they have the opportunity to renew for another 3 or 6 -months or move into month to month agreement.
A 6 -month commitment means you will have 6 -months of coaching with your choice of two sessions, (up to 60 minutes), or three sessions, (up to 40 minutes) per month. This includes email, and other brief phone conversations. You will receive follow up emails after each session, and any homework materials that may be needed.
Cost: $1,200.00 (20% discount) Monthly payments accepted by credit card.
Payment is done via credit card or personal check.

Group Coaching
Do you enjoy the group dynamic? Group coaching is a great way to experience the benefits of coaching and form a support system . I offer group coaching workshops in person or on the phone.
